Our clinic is located at 6B Church Street in the ActiveLife Building (the old Home Hardware Building), located next to ReMax Realty Professionals and across the street from the Credit Union. Parking is located along the side of the building and there is accessible parking in the front of the building. If you need assistance getting from your vehicle into the building, please call one of our staff members at 635-9355.
